My guiding purpose as a leader is to support the growth of my team, and those that they provide service for. Watching people under my care develop and hone their skills and elevate their career is the best feeling.
I believe in a healthy and safe space to share ideas and feedback. It's not my job to tell people how to do their job, but to empower them, help them figure it out, grow, and support their colleagues on the way.
I can help fill short-term leadership gaps, and bring leadership skills to any placement.
